摘要(Abstract)：

目的 探讨食管癌患者基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)与组织基质金属蛋白酶的抑制剂(TIMPs)表达水平及其与幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染的关联，为食管癌的病因学研究和靶向治疗提供更多科学依据。方法 选取2020年6月-2022年5月于遂宁市中心医院就诊的食管癌患者50例和食管炎患者50例分别为食管癌组和食管炎组，另选择50名健康体检者为对照组，检测Hp感染情况，实时荧光定量聚合酶链式反应(PCR)检测MMPs/TIMPs mRNA相对表达量和蛋白相对表达水平。结果 对照组、食管炎组、食管癌组Hp阳性率分别为14.0%、36.0%、84.0%;与对照组比较，食管炎组、食管癌组MMP-2、MMP-9、TIMP-1、TIMP-2 mRNA相对表达量与蛋白相对表达水平均升高(P<0.05);与食管炎组比较，食管癌组MMP-2、MMP-9、TIMP-1、TIMP-2 mRNA相对表达量与蛋白相对表达水平均升高(P<0.05); Hp阳性食管癌患者MMP-2、MMP-9、TIMP-1、TIMP-2 mRNA相对表达量和TIMP-1、TIMP-2蛋白相对表达水平高于Hp阴性食管癌患者(P<0.05),MMP-2、MMP-9蛋白相对表达水平低于Hp阴性食管癌患者(P<0.05)。结论 Hp感染促进食管癌细胞MMPs/TIMPs相关mRNA的转录水平，可正向干预TIMP蛋白表达，但对MMP蛋白表达存在负干预。
