光子治疗仪治疗手外伤穿支皮瓣修复术后感染的临床效果Clinical effect of photon therapy instrument on treatment of hand trauma patients with wound infection undergoing free flap repair

摘要(Abstract):
目的 探讨光子治疗仪治疗手外伤组织缺损伤口感染的效果,为手外伤的治疗提供技术参考。方法 选取2020年01月-2021年12月于滨州医学院附属医院因手外伤组织缺损行皮瓣修复术的96例患者,按数字表法随机分为研究组48例和对照组48例。术后均予以常规换药处理,研究组另额外予以光子治疗仪治疗。比较两组患者抗菌药物使用时间、住院时间、皮瓣成活率、创面愈合时间、创面瘢痕评分及手功能。结果 研究组抗菌药物使用时间和住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05),但两组皮瓣成活率比较差异无统计学意义。研究组患者创面愈合时间(12.20±2.86)d及温哥华瘢痕量表(VSS)评分(6.21±1.10)均明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后30 d研究组优良率为95.83%,对照组为64.58%,研究组优良率明显高于对照组(χ2=9.560,P=0.002)。结论 光子治疗仪治疗可减少手外伤组织缺损伤患者抗菌药物使用时间、住院时间及伤口愈合时间,抑制瘢痕增生并改善手部功能,值得在临床上推广应用。
